Ponte Vedra real estate agent tops in Florida

A Ponte Vedra Beach real estate agent has been named Prudential Network Realty’s No. 1 sales associate in Florida. Prudential’s Florida network includes more than 10,000 real estate agents.
 
Elizabeth Hudgins had sold more than $37 million in Northeast Florida real estate year-to-date as of Nov. 30. One of her current listings is a home listed at $7.75 million on the ocean on Ponte Vedra Boulevard.
 
Between Aug. 1, 2009, and July 31, 2010, Hudgins sold $23.4 million in Northeast Florida real estate, according to The Business Journal's List of residential real estate agents and teams.
